Critical loads of SO2 dry deposition and their exceedance in South China

The critical loads of SO^sub 2^ dry deposition in South China,which is transferred from critical level, as well the excess of critical loads are computed and mapped. The areas with the lowest critical load and the highest excess are, respectively,identified. The research is complementary to the previous researches on critical loads for soils, and expected to be integrated with them to make efficient sulfur emission abatement strategy.[PUBLICATION ABSTRACT]
