Polyamines in some tarantula venoms

Polyamines were detected in tarantula venoms ( Dugesiella hentzi, Aphonopelma spp. and A. emilia). Spermine was the major polyamine present while spermidine, putrescine and cadaverine were present in smaller amounts.
