4
+:O
2:NO
2
− was found to be 1:1.2:0.7 in vesicles compared with 1:1.5:1.0 in either spheroplasts or washed cells. It is shown that the membrane vesicles also contain a Cu and energy-dependent NH
4
− translocase as in spheroplasts and cells. |
