Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:	The new combination Erysiphe trifoliorum (= Erysiphe trifolii) is introduced, and its former varieties E. trifolii var. intermedia and var. desmanthi are reassessed and raised to species rank. Furthermore, three new species of the genus Erysiphe, viz. Erysiphe baptisiae on Baptisia australis in Europe, E. baptisiicola on Baptisia spp. in North America and E. sesbaniae on Sesbania punicea in Argentina, South America, are described, illustrated and discussed. A key to species of Erysiphe on legumes allied to the new species is provided.
