Zusammenfassung:	Two cases of combined dorsal trapezoid dislocation and multiple finger carpometacarpal joint dislocations are described. In both cases, a common mechanism involved a head-on motor vehicle collision while the subjects held tightly to the steering wheel. The patients were treated with open reduction and pinning, with good short-term results.
