Zusammenfassung:The effect of non-Markovian properties and the orientation degree of freedom on the fission rate and time were studied within the framework of Langevin dynamics. Non-Markovian properties were taken into account on the basis of generalized Langevin equation with exponentially correlated random force. The increase of the fission rate and decrease of the fission time with the growth of the random force correlation time were revealed. Orientation degree of freedom was treated as an overdamped collective coordinate. The inclusion of this coordinate into analysis leads to the longer mean fission time.
