Zusammenfassung:In this paper, the static characteristics of new exposed column-bases were investigated by element test and cyclic loading test. The new exposed column-base used the anchor-bolt that consists of two parts, one is energy restoring part by plasticity and the other is anchorage part in the foundation concrete. The new exposed column-base exhibits spindle type restoring force characteristics by plasticity of anchor bolt, although existing exposed column-base exhibits generally slip-type restoring force characteristics by plasticity of anchor bolt.
