Xanthogranulomatous pyelonephritis in childhood

Two cases of xanthogranulomatous pyelonephritis are reported in Arabs. Reviewing the literature, these cases were similar to previously reported cases. Although there are no pathognomonic clinical features, this desease should be considered in the differential diagnosis of a renal mass.
