Fibromuscular dysplasia of intracranial arteries causing multiple intracranial aneurysms

Detailed anatomic study of intracranial blood vessels in a 46 year old woman secondary to fibromuscular dysplasia is presented and the pathogenesis of intracranial aneurysms occuring during the course of the disease is discussed.
