Psychotherapy and national health insurance: Reply to Edwards et al

Suggests that D. W. Edwards et al fail to provide convincing arguments for the inclusion of generic psychotherapy in national health insurance (NHI). Their results suggest that the best way to provide mental health services to the poor is through publicly funded mental health centers, not through reimbursement of private therapists through NHI.
