Consumer opinion of a hospital antenatal clinic

This study considers women's opinions of antenatal care. Arguing that previous research results from two opposing perspectives, that of the provider of the service and that of the user, the authors then locate the present study firmly in the latter category. They report on findings from a study of consumers' opinions of antenatalcare as it was delivered in a large city hospital. There areas from the topics for discussion; these are practical considerations of clinic visits, doctor patient interaction, and antenatal classes.
