Zusammenfassung:The AUG- and MS2 RNA-dependent fMet-tRNA binding to 30S ribosomal subunits was stimulated by spermidine with any individual or combination of initiation factors capable of participating in the formation of an initiation complex. When 70S ribosomes were used instead of 30S ribosomal subunits, IF-3 was necessary for spermidine stimulation of the complex formation.
