Zusammenfassung:Summary 1. Twenty-three acyanotic patients with isolated pulmonary stenosis have been presented. 2. The diagnosis was confirmed bycardiac catheterization in seventeen patients, by surgery in three patients, and by clinical, roentgen, and electrocardiographic findings in three patients. 3. The clinical histories, physicalfindings, roentgen studies, electrocardiographic results, and physiological studies have been presented. 4. The frequency, course, prognosis, cause of death, and type of stenosis have been reviewed. 5. The results have been presented of a six-month follow-up on five of the patients who had a valvulotomy.
