Zusammenfassung: | In the Polar regions the subjects suffering from arterial hypertension and coronary heart disease fall mainly into the strong type of nervous system and are characterized by high anxiety and emotional lability.
Cardiovascular patients are characterized by an increase in lipometabolic blood indices, which is more pronounced in the group of coronary heart disease subjects.
The subjects suffering from coronary heart disease have shown high blood 11-OHCS, which correlates with high low- and very low-density lipoproteins. The arterial hypertension subjects show a higher FFA level which points out the activation of their sympatho-adrenal system.
Factor analysis reveals a different structure of the relation between psychophysiological, biochemical and hemodynamic indices in the group of subjects with arterial hypertension and coronary heart disease that determines specific features of the development of both one and another forms of cardiovascular pathology in the Polar regions. |
