Complete dextroposition of the aorta, pulmonary stenosis, interventricular septal defect, and patent foramen ovale

The clinical, physiologic, and pathologic findings in a 19-year-old boy with congenital heart disease and acquired valvular disease are reported. The congenital anomaly consisted of complete dextroposition of the aorta, pulmonary stenosis, interventricular septal defect, and patent foramen ovale.
