Primary Spontaneous Colporrhexis: A Case Report

A case report of complete primary colporrhexis associated with spontaneous vaginal delivery is presented. This is the second one to be reported associated with the use of buccal oxytocin. The literature regarding this rare complication and its treatment is reviewed.
