Histological diagnosis of M. Kansasii lung infection: a case report
A case of pulmonary infection caused by Mycobacterium kansasii occurring in New Zealand is described. The diagnosis of atypical mycobacterial infection was first suspected because of the histological features. These findings are compared with those of other authors and are shown to differ in detail.
