Quinacrine Fluorescence Patterns of Human D Group Chromosomes

Quinacrine fluorescence patterns have been used to identify ten different numerical and structural abnormalities of human chromosomes 13, 14 and 15. There are several advantages of this method over autoradiographic and morphological methods.
