Zusammenfassung:Anti-N-methyl-D-aspartate receptor encephalitis is characterised by psychiatric and neurological abnormalities and occurs in frequent association with ovarian teratoma. We report the first confirmed case of teratoma-associated anti-N-methyl-D-aspartate receptor encephalitis in Hong Kong in a young woman presenting with confusion and prominent dyskinesia, followed by a review of the current literature.
