TESTICULAR METASTASIS OF MULTIPLE MYELOMA: A CASE REPORT

A 58-year old man visited our clinic with complaint of a painless enlargement of the right scrotal contents in July 1976 during the course of IgG-λ type multiple myeloma. The patient had had chemotherapy with Cyclophosphamide and Predonisolone since October 1974. Right orchiectomy was performed on him in July 1976. The right scrotal mass was proved to be histlogically metastatic plasma cell myeloma of the testis. He died in October 1976, but postmortem autopsy was not performed. Testicular metastasis of myeloma is quite rare. Our case is the third report in Japan.
