Construction of Training System of Commonweal Social Sports Instructors in China

Through analysis on actualities and problems of development of common weal social sports instructors in China, the authors indicate that forming an actual and effective training system is essential to strengthen common weal social sports instructor team construction. The authors put forward the principles for training system construction, and the component of training system, i. e. organization system, guarantee system, working system, and evaluation system, the Colleges' effect in forming of training system construction and the countermeasures of training system construction of common weal social sports instructors.
