Zusammenfassung:	Histiocytic lymphoma, when localized to a single extranodal site, can have a very good prognosis. A case of histiocytic lymphoma of the cervix is presented. This case, as well as other cervical lymphomas gleaned from the literature, is discussed with regard to clinical staging and evaluation of the patient. The roles of surgery, radiation therapy, and combined treatment are considered.
