Zusammenfassung: | The paper gives fracture toughness test results of 15X2MFA steel (10 heats), 15X2MFAA steel (six heats) as well as their welds, produced by submerged arc welding with Cb-10XMFT wire under AH-42 flux (seven welded test samples) and with Cb-10XMFTY wire under AH-42M flux (five welded test samples), with electroslag wire of the type Cb-13X2MFT by using OF-6 flux (three welded test samples) and by manual arc welding with H-6 and H-3 electrodes (one welded test sample for each electrode type). All these materials are widely used in the manufacture and repair of the VVER-440 reactor pressure vessels, the main elements of which are made from 15X2MFAA (shells of the core zone) and 15X2MFA steel (flange, shell of nozzle zone, bottom). The obtained information is a reliable basis for the construction of reference fracture toughness temperature dependences for these materials. |
