Zusammenfassung:Laser ablation or desorption overcomes the problem of the thermal instability of some nucleobases upon vaporization for studies of their tautomeric/conformational equilibria. Laser‐ablation supersonic jet Fourier transform microwave (FTMW) spectroscopy and ultrafast electron diffraction–laser desorption enabled the structural characterization of guanine. The thickness of the arrows in the picture represents the stability of the species.
