The determination of the transient wall pipe temperature by fractional calculus theory
By means of the Laplace transform and the fractional calculus theory, a general analytical solution is obtained for the inner wall pipe temperature for the case of the laminar flow of a fluid within a pipe submitted to a sudden change in the outside temperature.
