Zusammenfassung:It is shown that the problem of particle motion at the interface of two media in a photovoltaic device can be considered as a problem of particle motion in the nonuniform potential field produced by this region. Free particles in a solid body and particles produced by external influences, solar radiation for example, are considered. Analysis of the laws of particle motion in nonuniform fields is important for both the stationary and nonstationary cases. The proposed equations of particle motion in a nonuniform field and their analytic solutions based on the classic representation make it possible to describe the particle motion patterns in the various regions of the interface (retarding, accelerating and tunneling zones) and thus evaluate the conversion characteristics of the device itself.
