Cerebral granulomatous angiitis simulating brain tumor
A case of surgically verified cerebral granulomatous angiitis, which was mistaken for a brain tumor on computed tomography, is reported. The focal, enhancing lesion was due to multiple confluent infarction caused by the angiitic process.
