Zusammenfassung:The heat-mass transfer and pressure drop performances during the dehumidification of moist air flowing between plate fin and tube heat exchangers which are mainly used in air conditioners were investigated experimentally. The experimental results revealed the following. The heat transfer performance with condensation was equal to that without condensation, in consideration of dehumidified water on the surface of a heat exchager. The analogy between heat and mass transfer under dehumidification was not completely substantiated. The mass transfer coefficient is smaller than that of theoretical analogy.
