Zusammenfassung: | An experimental study has been performed to determine melting heat-transfer characteristics along a horizontal heated circular cylinder immersed in a solid-gas-liquid three-phase fluidized bed. A mixture of ice particles and ethylene-glycol aqueous solution was utilized for testing liquid ice. Measurements were carried out under a variety of parameters such as air-flow rate, heated-tube diameter, and initial concentration of aqueous binary solution. It was found that the heat-transfer coefficient for the fluidized liquid-ice bed might be more than twenty times as large as that for a fixed liquid-ice bed. |
