Zusammenfassung:The temperature distribution in a rectangular plate due to conductive heat transfer with one end subjected to a constant heat flux, the other ends kept at constant temperature is considered. The heat dissipation by the electronic boxes is incorporated as internal heat generation in two square areas. An analytical solution for the temperature variation is obtained. Various nondimensional parameters influencing the temperature distribution are identified and the distribution of the temperature relative to them are studied.
