Intracranial extension of basil cell carcinoma of the scalp

A case of recurrent basal cell carcinoma of the right occipital scalp is reported. Plain film, CT, and MRI examinations of the of the head demonstrated direct neoplastic invasion through the occipital bone and meninges into the right cerebellar hemisphere.
