Zusammenfassung: | Determination of electrical activation patterns in heart muscle requires multiple simultaneous electrode recordings of monopolar or bipolar waveforms. Presentation of data obtained from these recordings can take many forms, the most common of which are hand-drawn or machine-plotted isochronal maps. We describe an image-based method for the display of electrophysiologic activation patterns derived from multiple electrode recordings of a rabbit heart preparation, and present representative results from atrial and ventricular recordings of antegrade and retrograde conduction patterns. |
