Zusammenfassung: | Infrared emissivity of cold rolled steel sheets around 100°C is affected with its metal composition, surface roughness, measuring wave lenghth, etc. On these elements, the effect of surface roughness has not yet been fully clarified because of the reason of itsp said small effect on measured emissivity. In this paper, the effect of surface roughness described as surface inclinationan for measuring wave length on infrared emissivity has been studied and the variance level is shown. Infrared emissivity for 2, 5, 10 μm wave length and surface roughness measuring data has been obtained for 7 pieces of cold rolled steel sheets. Modified Paulmier's erissivity model for surface roughness variance by adding wave length term has been obtained and comparison of the model with the measurement values is shown here. |
