Zusammenfassung: | The purpose of this paper is to consider numerically the free convection effect on magnetohydrodynamic heat and mass transfer of a continuously moving permeable vertical surface. The surface is maintained at linear temperature and concentration variations. The similar equations were solved by using a suitable variable transformation and employing an implicit finite difference method. Numerical results were graphically given for the Nusselt number and the Sherwood number for various parameters. Generally, it is found that the Nusselt number and the Sherwood number increase for the suction case, increasing the buoyancy ratio N and the buoyancy parameter
