Zusammenfassung: | In the Cuban Universities some Spanish preparatory courses are developed, devoted to foreign students from different countries, to allow them to study different specialties in higher education. Also, the English language is used to train the rest of the students in this language. To get the most appropriate student formation the horizon of the student's mood of action is wide, so the first step is the art knowledge & its manifestations in the teaching & learning process of this new language which is structured in accordance with their needs of new knowledge, values, & emotion. This work basically is an attempt to reflect & show experiences in relation with this need & the opportunities for teachers to improve their formation in a context different of their hometown. Also, this work is focused on the process of teachers' & students' motivation development to transform the models of language instruction taking in consideration the most outstanding art knowledge for them.
