Articulator-generated amalgam stops for complete dentures

Balanced occlusion in eccentric positions for complete denture occlusion is an acceptable and widely practiced concept. Many methods have been described for achieving balanced occlusion. The technique outlined in this article uses amalgam stops generated on a programmed Hanau Model H 2 articulator. The posterior occlusal scheme used to facilitate this technique is also described.
