Zusammenfassung: | A scanning near-field infrared microscopy experimental station will be integrated into the ANKA-IR2 beamline to combine broadband synchrotron radiation with near-field microscopy. Other microscopy techniques also available in the station will be compared. We have performed nano-spectroscopy investigating biomaterials like self-assembled monolayers and nanoscale lipid membranes. Coherent synchrotron radiation (CSR) at ANKA has been measured to determine power and beam profile for coupling terahertz radiation to the nanoscope. |
