Global Warming Economics

On Jul 23, 2001, 178 of 179 countries decided to move ahead with implementing the Kyoto Protocol on global warming; the US was the sole holdout. Nordhaus examines the environmental and economic impact of the new agreement and compares it with the original Kyoto Protocol.
