Finite-time Lyapunov stability analysis and its application to atmospheric predictability
A study reviewed finite-time Lyapunov stability analysis and applied it to a spectral model of barotropic flow. Results indicate that finite-time Lyapunov exponents could be applied to the atmospheric predictability problem.
