Zusammenfassung:The tetradecapeptide corresponding to position 1 to 14 of glucagon was synthesized by a conventional method. Though the suppression test of this peptide was tested against PHA-induced lymphocyte transformation, any reproducible and significant results were not obtained. In this finding, the effect on immunodeficiency of chronic renal failure was not because of glucagon fragment (1-14).
