Sagittal sinus thrombosis as a complication of regional enteritis

A young woman with regional enteritis and a history of recurrent thrombophlebitis and pulmonary embolism developed sagittal sinus thrombosis during an acute exacerbation of her illness. Repeated attempts to document a hypercoagulable state were unsuccessful.
