Zusammenfassung: | The clinical and ultrasonographic findings in the case of a patient requiring induction of ovulation for pregnancy who previously had had unilateral salpingectomy are presented. The preovulatory follicle was demonstrated in the contralateral ovary and a subsequent normal intrauterine pregnancy was demonstrated. This case verifies the possibility of transperitoneal migration of the ovum associated with intrauterine pregnancy. |
