Zusammenfassung: | The pulmonary manifestations in 14 patients with Wegener's granulomatosis are described. These are combined with 77 other cases previously described in the radiological literature and the findings in the total of 91 cases are reviewed. Six of the 14 cases had relapses with pulmonary manifestations. Four out of the six cases had evidence of disease in a previously affected area. It is not known if these are areas of infection in a previously damaged lung or actual sites of recurrence of the disease process. However, the original sites of injury in Wegener's granulomatosis appear more prone to involvement if relapse occurs. |
