3H-Thymidine Labeling of Epidermis in Morbus Darier

3H‐thymidine incorporation into epidermal cells of four patients with morbus Darier was studied by an in vitro technique. The labeling index counted on 0.5 μ thick plastic sections was 13.7 ± 5.3, indicating increased epidermopoieses in morbus Darier.
