Zusammenfassung: | This paper explores the way social workers mobilize resources in their professional activity. Based on a clinical conception of intervention, "analysis of activity" [analyse de l'activite] is used as a methodological & theoretical framework. Two educators were filmed while working in a residential home for young people. Afterwards, these films were analyzed with them through "simple & crossed self-confrontation" [autoconfrontation]. The analysis focuses on the development of activity. It highlights the potential of considering situated action as a significant perspective to enrich & renew democratically social workers' practices. Adapted from the source document. |
