Zusammenfassung:A case of functioning adrenal black adenoma with Cushing's syndrome is briefly presented. This is the fourth reported case of this particular functioning tumor. The other three cases were also associated with Cushing's syndrome. The angiographic feature of adrenal venography in our case is identical to ordinary adrenal neoplasm and is the first documented roentgenologic study.
