A "Temporary Systems" Approach to Nursing Education in a Health Care Organization

The organization form presented is based on the purposes, goals, and objectives of an effective nursing education department and the resulting activities. A "temporary systems" approach to filling the roles necessary in this schema is presented; a grid depicts the interrelationships of these roles and activities. Using this technique an organization can synergistically accomplish its educational tasks.
