Zusammenfassung:	A procedure for the simultaneous determination of hyaluronate and isomeric chondroitin sulfates by chondroitinases AC II (EC 4.2.99.1) plus ABC (EC 4.2.2.4) is described. It is sensitive (detection limit 0.02 μmol disaccharide), reproducible (coefficient of variation within series ≤10%), and, when compared with the leech hyaluronidase (EC 3.2.1.36) assay, proves to be accurate.
