Zusammenfassung:Ventricular premature stimuli were used to demonstrate adenosine-mediated decreases in the retrograde refractoriness of accessory atrioventricular connections. This response is consistent with the concept that accessory atrioventricular connections have electrophysiologic properties that are similar to those of atrial myocardium.
