Esophageal Retention Cyst: Unusual Cause for Dysphagia

Esophageal retention cysts are uncommon, particularly as a cause of dysphagia. We report radiographic, endoscopic, and microscopic features of such a case in which recognition of the cystic nature of the lesion led to simple enucleation.
